Public records dispute in Wyoming

The newspaper Wyoming Tribune Eagle in an effort to obtain
public records telling about the salaries of the School Disctrict 1 employees brought the case to Supreme Court. Earlier this year the school district's authorities refused to fulfil the the public record request motivating that Wyoming Education Code contains provisions prohibiting disclosure of the sallaries in conjunction with the names of the specific employees.
